Victor Muñoz is an affiliate of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. He is also a member of the advisory board of EWA Capital, TAESA, and the New Urban Mobility Alliance (NUMO). Muñoz was previously the general director of the Administrative Department of the Presidency of Colombia and the presidential counselor for economic matters and digital transformation. He also served as the national innovation and digital transformation advisor of Colombia and Latin America regional director of Comdata Group.
Muñoz holds a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a master of business administration from Universidad de Los Andes.
