Martha Barroso González is the director of People and Culture at ManpowerGroup Latin America, responsible for talent development in the region. For over 20 years, she led the Management Directory of Administrative Processes for clients and employees. 

She is the president of the National Committee of Human Capital and Employer Commitments at COPARMEX. From 2016 to 2020, she was a member of the Administrative Committee at the Universidad Iberoamericana and a counselor at the Administration of AMECAP (Asociación Mexicana para la Capacitación Profesional in Spanish). She is also a mentor at the American Chamber mentorship program for female executives. 

She has been a speaker at several forums related to social security, talent, gender equity, female leadership, and much more. 

Barroso González has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She has a specialization in human resources and high management by IPADE (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa in Spanish), as well as an international certification in business coaching. 

Barroso González was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
