Claudia Costin is the founder and director of CEIPE (Center for Excellence and Innovation in Education Policies), a think-and-do tank within Getulio Vargas Foundation, a leading private university in Brazil where she is a professor. She is a visiting professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and senior director for Global Education at the World Bank.

Costin was secretary of Education of Rio de Janeiro and federal minister for Public Administration and State Reform, Brazil. In 2018, she joined the Global Commission for the Future of Work at the International Labor Organization (ILO) and in November 2020 she joined both Governing Boards from Unesco UIL – Institute for Lifelong Learning and Qatar Foundation.

Costin was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
