Eva Fernandez is the manager of early childhood development at Fundación Fomento Económico Mexicano (FEMSA), which seeks to support early childhood development in Latin America. Currently, she also presides over the council for Enseña por México Before arriving at her current position, Fernandez was the director of the Qualitas of Life Foundation in New York City, which provides financial education to Hispanic families. She also has collaborated as a writer on Americas Quarterly.

Fernandez received her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She later earned a master’s degree in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University with a focus on international economics and Latin American studies.

Fernandez was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
