Tulio Cariello is director of Content and Research at the Brazil-China Business Council (CEBC) and since 2012 has been following bilateral relations in the areas of trade, investment and politics. He is the author of eight reports on Chinese investments in Brazil, his main topic of research. In the area of advocacy, he participated in the organization of several meetings with business people and public authorities, including Ministers of State, Vice Presidents and Presidents of Brazil and China.
Cariello graduated from the Institute of International Relation of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and participated in the Visiting Program for Young Sinologists at Chongqing Normal University (China).
Cariello was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
