Pablo Ceriani is an independent expert member of the United Nations Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Migrants and their Families (2022-2025). Additionally, Ceriani is an undergraduate and graduate-level professor of migration and human rights issues at the National University of Lanús, the National University of San Martín, the University of Buenos Aires, and the Simón Bolívar Andean University.

Ceriani has also worked as a lawyer and clinical coordinator at the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS), as a consultant for UNICEF and UNFPA on the rights of child, adolescent, and female migrants, and has consulted for the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Ceriani also acts as the director of the migration, asylum, and human rights specialization at the National University of Lanús.

Pablo Ceriani earned a master’s degree and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, and a PhD in human rights from the University of Valencia. 

Ceriani was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
