Miguel Bocco serves as the chairman of the board and CEO of Vepica Grupo Internacional, a multinational engineering, procurement and construction corporation operating in eight countries with over USD $100 million in yearly revenues for the last decade. Vepica has been ranked among the top 100 international engineering and construction companies in the world by Engineering News-Record (ENR) in multiple categories. Current operations include offices and projects in Canada, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Argentina and China. Vepica’s vast portfolio of projects has covered the oil, gas & petrochemicals, renewable energy, infrastructure and steel mill industries over the last 47 years. With over 35 years of experience in the energy sector, Bocco has also been director of the Venezuelan Petroleum Chamber, a member of the Construction Chamber and a founder of Transparency Venezuela. During his professional career, he worked in large energy services conglomerates such as KBR Inc. (previously Brown & Root) and Wood Group PLC.
