Lorenzo Morales es periodista e investigador del Centro de Estudios en Periodismo (CEPER) de la Universidad de los Andes en Bogotá. Fue editor de la edición digital de la revista Semana y becario del Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting para investigar el tema de la minería en Colombia. Tiene una maestría en periodismo en la Universidad de Columbia en Nueva York. Es politólogo de la Universidad de los Andes y del Instituto de Estudios Políticos de Toulouse, Francia.
