German Otalora is Microsoft’s commercial operations & program management leader for Latin America. Otalora is an IT consultant and has more than 15 years of experience in IT strategic planning, innovation, project management, information security, business continuity, and auditing in multinational, multi-Latin, and national IT, and consulting companies.
Otalora has extensive experience in managing high-performance teams, result-oriented sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Otalora has been involved in the sales, negotiation, and execution of more than 80 IT projects in more than 50 national and international companies. Otalora has in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas, financial, and compensation funds sectors.
Otalora has an executive MBA from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
