In April 2023, students received a knowledge test on the subject matter to serve as a baseline. Three months later, after completing several hours in the subject matter, they received the same test in order to identify academic achievement.¹ The results for six of the topics completed point to significant improvements among female students. On all subjects, the average grade increases, in some cases significantly, as in the case of knowledge of what to include in a CV. Similarly, the result on understanding the concept of ‘discourse’ was also significant. Moreover, observations and conversations with students and parents about the experience from afterschool was very positive.
