Claudia Mir has worked as an independent consultant, workshop facilitator, and teacher since 2007. In 2010, Mir co-founded Cocoa Services, S.C., a consulting firm focused on public policy evaluation, coaching, mentoring, and workshop facilitation.

From 2004 to date, Mir has coordinated more than 60 projects of evaluation and analysis of public programs and policies for various Mexican government agencies (social, labor, economic, health) and for international organizations such as FAO, UNICEF, WIPO, IDB, World Bank, OEI, among others.

Mir received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and her master’s degree in Economic Analysis of Public Decisions from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).

Mir was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
