Gabriela Cares currently works as the head of the studies division at the Agencia de Calidad de la Educación in Chile. She has a long history of working in educational policy, mainly dedicated to the evaluation of and research on academic achievement results, as well as aspects which are integral to the students’ development within the school system.
Previously, she served as the head of the international studies department at the Agencia de Calidad de la Educación. She has participated in the design and implementation of significant policies and laws in Chile.
Cares has a degree in sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Cares was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
