Vianna Maino is Ecuador’s Minister of Telecommunications and the Information Society. Maino’s specialties include public-private partnerships in infrastructure, communications, public services, regulation, public policy, and government innovation. Maino has participated in the concession of several infrastructure works and public services in transportation, ports, airports, energy, and telecommunications.
Maino worked with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the World Bank between 2018 and 2019 gathering information in the country for the study “Procuring Infrastructure Public-Private Partnership indicator.” She was also an associate consultant for CORPEI and legal advisor in various public and private functions.
Maino was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
