Ricardo Ruiz is responsible for the operations of ten markets in Latin America for SBA. A seasoned executive, Ruiz has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications broadband, having served in different capacities throughout the region, including senior roles in operations and finance. Prior to joining SBA, he served as vice president of service delivery and IT for Genpact Guatemala, a global professional firm delivering digital transformation through digital and data services, responsible for customer service and operations. He also worked as Intelfon, Telefónica and Millicom, managing multidisciplinary teams, introducing companies to new markets, rolling out networks, running information technology, and driving growth in Central America. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, in Guatemala, and an MBA from Universidad de Valparaiso in Chile.
