Ruiz de Viñaspre is the national director at SENCE (Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo in Spanish) since 2018 and coordinates the Departments and Units sector. He worked mainly in the public sector as an adviser to the Ministry of Labor and Social Provisions. He also worked in the Centro de Microdatos at the Economics Department of the Universidad de Chile, and taught courses for over 10 years in the subjects of macroeconomics and econometrics in many universities.
Ruiz de Viñaspre is a commercial engineer and has a master’s degree in economics from the Universidad de Chile.
