Paola Luksic is president of Fundación Luksic, a non-profit organization that seeks to create positive conditions for social inclusion through a commitment to quality educational programs which promote the development of competencies and skills for the twenty-first century. She also serves as the chair of Inversiones Adriático, a privately held hotel and real estate company with operations throughout Croatia and Europe and is a member of the The Luksic Group, an economic conglomerate of Chilean mining and industrial companies founded by her father Andrónico Luksic Abaroa in the 1950’s.

Luksic is a member of the board of directors of Fundación Paz Ciudadana, a member of the board of directors of Ideas Factory (IF),  a member of the board of directors of Municipal de Santiago, a member of the Columbia University Global Center Santiago Advisory Board, an external advisor for the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies Regional Office Advisory Group, and a member of the Advisory Council of  The Nature Conservancy Chile.
