Orlando Morando Júnior is a Brazilian businessman and politician affiliated with the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB), currently mayor of the city of São Bernardo do Campo. He was elected councilor of São Bernardo do Campo in 1996, a position he held until 2002, when he resigned to run for state deputy in the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo, in which he served from 2003 to 2016.

In 2016, he ran for mayor of São Bernardo do Campo, being elected in the second round, and has served in that role since then. From 2017 to 2018 he presided over the Consórcio Intermunicipal Grande ABC, an association of medium-sized cities in the state of São Paulo.
