Martha Guerrero was a consultant for the Education Program at the Inter-American Dialogue in 2022. Guerrero was a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service set to start her Masters in Journalism at Columbia University next year. Her main interest areas are Latin American history, Mexican politics and US-Mexico relations. She was born and raised in Mexico City.
On December 9, the Regional Network for Measuring Early Childhood Development (REMDI), the Inter-American Dialogue, and the UNICEF Regional Office, convened a webinar to present and evaluate efforts across LAC countries to measure the impact of the pandemic on early childhood development.
On November 10, the Education Program at the Inter-American Dialogue, Medición Independiente de Aprendizajes, and UNESCO in Santiago, convened a virtual seminar to present ICAN and discuss how to measure learning during the pandemic.
On September 25, the Regional Network for Measuring Child Development (REMDI) convened a virtual seminar to reflect on the lessons learned from the following Early Childhood surveys: ENDIS from Uruguay and ELPI in Chile.
