Laura Shaw joined the Inter-American Dialogue as a Spring 2022, Office of the President Intern. She graduated from Dominican University in River Forest, IL with a B.A. in International Relations, as well as a minor in Spanish. She has recently started graduate school at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, pursuing an M.A. in International Relations with concentrations in Development, Climate and Sustainability, and Latin America. Shaw has also worked in civil rights advocacy at the League of United Latin American Citizens and on the executive board for the Johns Hopkins SAIS Black Student Union.
