José Gonzáles is a director at LifeInvest Asset Management, a financial consulting firm specializing in developed and emerging global markets. He is also a managing partner of GCG Advisors, a firm specializing in corporate finance in New York and Venezuela. He has been recognized as a leader in the field of finance and has served in senior financial capacities at LW Asset Management, Credit Lyonnais, ING-Barings, and Econoinvest. From 2001 to 2005, Gonzáles chaired the Advisory Board at the Institute of Latin America Studies at Columbia University and is a founder of the university’s Greater Caribbean Studies Center. Gonzalez is also deeply passionate about films and has worked as a scriptwriter for two movies allowing him to foster a unique perspective as a financial advisor.
