Gino Costa

Gino Costa is a Peruvian politician and member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru for the constituency of Lima with Partido Morado. He previously served as interior minister in the cabinet of Peru from 2002 to 2003. Costa studied law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, completed a Masters in Development Studies at the University of East Anglia, and then completed his MPhil and PhD in International Relations at Queens’ College, Cambridge. He then worked at the United Nations and served as interior minister in from 2002 to 2003. He is a professor at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
