Andrew Rudman is the managing director at Monarch Global Strategies, a boutique advisory firm in Washington DC, where he advises clients on public policy and regulatory challenges related to market access in the Americas for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and nutritional supplement sectors.
Previous to joining Monarch, Rudman was deputy vice president for the Western Hemisphere at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, executing policy advocacy strategies for member companies across the hemisphere. Prior to this, he began his public sector career as a foreign service officer with the US Department of State and later took on the role of director of the Office of NAFTA and Inter-American Affairs in the Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration.
He holds an MA in Latin American Studies from Tulane University and a BA in Government from Colby College.
