Ana Maria Baiardi

Ana María Baiardi is the manager of Gender, Inclusion, and Diversity for CAF-Development Bank of Latin America. She has served as the ambassador of Paraguay to Peru and member of the Board of Qualifications of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has been minister of women of Paraguay and vice-president of the OAS International Women’s Commission, and other diplomatic roles. Baiardi has a degree in systems analysis from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. She has various postgraduate studies, including a master’s degree in interdisciplinary intervention in gender violence and equality operations from the International University of Valencia, among others.
