The Ministry of Education of Peru recently awarded Patricia McLaughlan de Arregui, the founding director of PREAL’s Working Group on Education Standards and Assessment, the Palmas Magisteriales Award, at the Amauta (highest) level.
Patricia’s efforts over nearly a decade have made the working group the leading voice on learning standards and assessment in Latin America.
