The first is the latest Working Paper (No. 45), and the second is the new edition in our series of one-page electronic issue briefs, entitled Sinopsis EducativaThe publications, titled “Supply, Demand, and Teacher Salaries: A Model to Build”, correspond to a report written by Alejandro Morduchowicz for the PREAL Working Group on Teacher Professionalization. The report concludes with an assortment of suggestions about the key issues that must be addressed in order to advance the discussion of teacher salary, which are highlighted in Sinopsis Educativa No. 21.

Both the Working Paper and the Synopsis can be found online in the publications section of PREAL’s homepage (https://www.preal.org/).
