Michael Shifter Named Honorary Professor at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar

On December 13, 2021, the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar of Quito named Michael Shifter as Honorary Professor at the inauguration ceremony of the international conference titled "América Latina en el contexto mundial pos Covid".
