Yesenia Rivas was operations manager at the Inter-American Dialogue. She joined the Dialogue in 2003. Previously, she worked in administration at ConAgra Food, Sears, and Roebuck and Co. Rivas studied mechanical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
