Tamar Solnik

Ms. Solnik is responsible for the Inter-American Dialogue’s banking relationships, cash management and accounting, including all financial reporting. She is also responsible for the human resources function and the general office administration. Prior to joining the Inter-American Dialogue in May 2016, Ms. Solnik was Chief Financial Officer or Director of Finance and Administration for several organizations including Manna, Inc., a not for profit organization that developed affordable housing and provided financial education in the District. Before she held this position, Ms. Solnik had an extensive career in public accounting wherein she worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers in the Boston area and for Dixon Hughes Goodman, a regional firm in the Washington DC area. While in public accounting, she worked in the financial services, real estate, and health and not for profit sectors. She performed audits, reviews and outsourced accounting. Ms. Solnik completed a post graduate accounting course at Bentley College, Waltham, MA and has an M.A. from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand. She is a member of the AICPA and the GWSCPA.
