Carl Braun is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Unibank, Haiti’s largest bank.

He is also the chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Financial Group; chairman of the National Micro Credit Organization; vice president of Moulins d’Haïti SEM, the only producer of flour in Haiti; a co-founder of Haiti’s only development bank and three other commercial banks; a founding member of the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce; and an executive committee member of the Economic Forum of the Private Sector (PSPA).

Braun has extensive knowledge and experience in economics and public-private partnerships.
