Job Description

The Inter-American Dialogue seeks a database manager on a contract or temporary basis. The database manager will support the Dialogue’s team with the process of database transition, adoption, and upgrade. 

We are looking for an individual who is extremely organized, friendly, poised, and possesses excellent judgement. Experience using a database or CRM system such as NEON, Salsa, Raiser’s Edge, or Salesforce is required. Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is also required.

The database manager will ensure data integrity, develop and implement controls and processes, and deliver user training.
