PRESS CENTER

Welcome to the Inter-American Dialogue’s Press Center.

The Dialogue has been ranked among the top 25 most-cited think tanks in the US, according to Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, and it is the only organization on that list specializing in the Western Hemisphere. Staff are regularly quoted in the some of the world's most respected newspapers and magazines, including the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Wall Street Journal, O Globo, O Estado de Sao Paulo, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, Clarin, El Universal, and El Tiempo, among many others. They also appear on the world's leading television and radio stations, such as CNN, National Public Radio, BBC, Voice of America, PBS, NBC News and RCN.

Over more than three decades of work on regional affairs, the Inter-American Dialogue has built a strong reputation internationally for its integrity. The Dialogue holds the highest ranking from Charity Navigator for financial transparency. Its work is made possible by financial support from diverse sources--foundations, individuals, government agencies, universities, businesses and multilateral institutions. No single entity among these contributes more than 10 percent of our annual budget, which helps ensure that the Dialogue remains a respected source of impartial viewpoint for journalists.
